Finally, this blog goes online! My name is Philipp and I’m happy to be your philanthropic host on
“Learning How To Learn”.
After I have fought my excitement to launch a theme-based website with common sense for quite a while now (too much work, I’m no expert, does the world need another blogging human being, etc), I eventually let the child within me win the battle. This decision was encouraged by a very helpful MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) on the learning platform Coursera by Dr. Barbara Oakley and Dr. Terrence Sejnowski, on which I based the site’s name.
So this is going to be your address for basically anything about learning in various areas:
- What is learning?
- How does learning work? – key concepts and illusions of learning
- How to improve learning?
- Learning in a fast-paced, real-time oriented world
- “What do I do with all that stuff?” – Learning with purpose
- My own experiences in a variety of fields
So be it!
I don’t wanna lose too many more words here and just see how this blog evolves as it gets started. If what you find here seems in any aspect worth liking, following or sharing, please feel free to do so and let me know what you think! Well… let the journey begin! (always an epic line)
